What Is Encore Life Coaching?
Encore Life Coaching , in general, is for individuals who are: Imagining and Planning Retirement; Considering an Encore Career; Contemplating their Legacy, etc.
My Version of Encore Life Coaching is to help women navigate The Journey Back To YOU in the Second Half of Life. I see POWER and LOVE as the same thing. YOUR POWER comes from doing what YOU LOVE. My work is to help 'Women 50 and Forward' step into their POWER and become what they LOVE.
My Intention for the Logo Design is to visually convey through Boomerangs, The Journey Back To YOU, The True Authentic YOU. The voice of the inner child is encouraging the later-age self to reconnect to the 'True You' to give an Encore Performance- A NEW Best Self, Living A NEW Best Life, In Later Life.
My Model is grounded in Design Thinking which is a human-centered approach that uses insights about human problems to create innovative solutions to solve them. I blend this model with Thought Biology, Personality Type, and a deep understanding of Adult Female Development into a Designing Your Encore Life Package, which is an online ‘Design and Do’ Lab that takes clients through my personalized version of Design Thinking that I call 'The Designers Way', which follows the steps of: DISCOVER, DEFINE, DREAM, DECIDE, DEVELOP, and DANCE. It also includes a Weekly Virtual Mastermind Group for Coaching Support, Networking, and Radical Collaboration.
